He holds an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and, in addition to his long years of experience as a paralegal, he has also corporate experience in the hospitality and telecommunications industry. Wilbert is also known for his strong communication skills, organizational and problem-solving ability, and the drive to always get things done.

A passionate advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities, she draws strength from her own lived experience as a PWD. Rather than limiting her, this has empowered her to be a law student, beauty queen, and a paralegal.

Ella is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of San Jose Recoletos, holding a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the same institution. She brings valuable legal experience from her roles as a paralegal for NUP and 1Cebu during the 2025 midterm elections and her previous employment with the Regional Trial Court in Mandaue City.
